Czech It Out!

Hello Singapore, we the choristers of the school have returned triumphant with TWO GOLDS in the bag!

MUNDI CANTANT: OLOMOUC 2006
Category C Superior: GOLDEN MEDAL, 94 POINTS
Category H1: GOLDEN MEDAL, 94 POINTS
We went mad in the middle of the square when they announced the results <3 Note that it's 94 over 100! And we topped both our categories :) Haha LOW YEU SHINQ, take that!

19 WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THIS CZECH TRIP
1. Hot water in the hotel that doesn't go cold.
2. Splurging on things like nobody's business in desperate attempts to finish spending our crowns.
3. The sec 4s. Loved the bonds we forged during the trip <3<3 I think this point encompasses almost everything.
4. THE DOUBLE GOLDS! And how happy miss lim was with us :D
5. The practising at level 10 with nice scenery and acoustics. :D Ascendit sounded really really x 100 good there.
6. All the photo-whoring :D:D:D
7. Sunrise at 4plus and sunset at 9!
8. The bitching really rocked.
9. The czech booklet hahahaha.
10. Staying next door to your friends. I absolutely adore our level - only lix, michelle, siewying, grace n., gen, althea, cherie and I. Fine and the teachers, but those don't count.
11. The pigging out at night!
12. 7-crown icecream in pretty cold weather!
13. Watching other Singaporean choirs perform :D
14. The coach rides, though there were quite few. I love coach rides in general anyway :D
15. THE FOOD. It wasn't super duper good but I kinda miss the excessive salt ):
16. The buildings and cobbled streets, so medieval <3 And the lovely yellow fields of flowers!
17. The very friendly people, some who waved to us and thought we were Japanese.
18. Hearing music everywhere on the streets in Olomouc, it was pretty heartwarming. (:
19. World cup mania :D

9 TERRIBLE THINGS ABOUT THIS CZECH TRIP
1. The weather. Cold yet hot at the same time, cos of the fricking sun.
2. No sweet Singapore water or potable water sources available readily. Gen and I literally jumped at any glimmer of Singapore water from Eugenia's bottles haha.
3. Having to divide all the prices by 14. Though Lix can do it pretty well haha.
4. Terribly painful cracked lips ):
5. NO photos of us performing tjak like WHAT. THE. SHIT.
6. All the walking killed my feet.
7. The super uncomfortable lufthansa flight seats, boo ):
8. The AIR, like everyone smokes there, even in air-conditioned rooms.
9. NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SHOP! Rarh I want my H&M summer collections! PFFT.

Good Lord I Hate Captioning Photos. The album's not yet complete though, there's tons of photos to steal from others, that is if I can get them nice and early :D ALL THE SAME.

Great, I just slept the whole day away. We're back in reality, really sadly. And it's already the middle of the third week of the June holidays. This is bloody hell stupid.
