TJAK!
Whatever happened yesterday was a big blow to us and we may be indignant about it but there is no better way than to accept what has happened, for nothing we do now can change the situation.
To know that yesterday would be the last time we will be running around putting on makeup, taking photos, giving out flowers, wearing that terribly ugly red uniform that actually makes us unique and different from other choirs, it irks me to realise that O level preparations will pick up from here and we, the sec fours, will leave choir behind. After four years of concerts, recordings, competitions, overseas trips, open houses, lantern festivals, chinese new years, farewells, orientations... I must say that the best times I've spent in this school are with my fellow choristers and of course, the whole choir.
I cannot say how much I love you, dear choir. I'm sorry I couldn't perform tjak for the very last time with you, I'm sorry that the last performance had to end this way with everyone so disappointed. But I drew strength from your reactions last night, I was glad that you guys love choir so much and wanted to perform tjak so badly. And if the last thing I can do for the choir is to perform tjak again, I would do it a million times no matter how nervous it makes me. It's an honour to lead you in a song that everyone is so proud of. Haha I sound uber-ly ego but what the heck.
I'm going to miss you so much, our triple-gold, lovely beyond lovely choir ): Sec fours, I think we should be able to step down contented (despite last night haha) while my beloved juniors, please lead our choir to the shiny sparkly gold with honours next year. You know you can.
I LOVE YOU CHERRY BERRY! :D
