We Hang Our Heads Down As We Skip The Goodbyes
Singapore's going to be part of the Underwater World if this rain keeps up.
But despite the terrible weather, strong, determined people like Danfong and I still go out! Shopped at Toa Payoh Central + Junction 8 today for JC stuff, I know that doesn't sound very appealing but hey we were lazy and I was in FBTs. And sad to say we are QUITE disappointed cos we weren't able to get some stuff, but it was quite fun anyway, even though Danfong is Extremely Er, and only she knows why :) But okay la I shall forgive her disgusting ways cos she also happens to be very sweet :D
Yesterday was filled with Emo Clubbiness. Even though Yings and I woke up late and made Lou wait for an hour at the bus stop, we still had lots of time cos we met at 9 in the morning (it was supposed to be 8) for prata at our good friend Mr RK's who resides in Serangoon Gardens :) Rest of the day was hilarious + really good, we picnicked on a table out in Lou's front porch like this:
Blasting Christmas carols while getting weird looks from neighbours, eating leftover turkey & ham & McNuggets, with Yings wearing a Santa hat and me wearing Lou's halo. AND THEN, it started drizzling, so we stuck an umbrella in the middle of the table like this:
And hid under it to support it because it couldn't stand. For about 10 mins before we realised that it wasn't going to work. So we headed back into the house to watch The Incredibles and eat Mcflurry :D Emo Club tooootally floats my boat HAHAHA. And we realised that people should say JO instead of YO, since its Scarlett Johansson and not Yohansson. Okay we are retarded, accept it please!
Triumphant by Royksopp is really, really, beautiful even though it has no lyrics unless you count the oohs and aahs in the background. But people should listen to it anyway :) Trust the OC to get such good songs for equally amazing scenes :D
